Y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131n s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011fu havac\u0131l\u0131k ve uzay ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere derin deniz sondaj\u0131, karasal t\u00fcrbin, metalurji gibi zorlu teknolojik uygulamalar, \u00fcst\u00fcn s\u0131cakl\u0131k stabilitesi ve elektriksel \u00f6zelliklere sahip piezoelektrik malzemeler gerektirmektedir. Bu tip uygulamalar i\u00e7in y\u00fcksek Curie s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131na sahip (TC) piezoseramikler tercih edilse de pratikte baz\u0131 kritik \u00f6zelliklerden \u00f6d\u00fcn vermeksizin y\u00fcksek TC elde etmek neredeyse imkans\u0131zd\u0131r. Dahas\u0131 elektriksel \u00f6zelliklerin s\u0131cakl\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fimlerine hassas olmas\u0131 nedeniyle bir\u00e7ok malzeme ancak TC\u2019nin yar\u0131s\u0131 kadar s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011fa kadar g\u00fcvenli \u015fekilde kullan\u0131labilmektedir. Bu nedenle zorlu y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131k gereksinimlerini kar\u0131\u015flayacak y\u00fcksek TC yan\u0131 s\u0131ra y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131k stabilitesi sergileyen \u00fcst\u00fcn \u00f6zellikli piezoelektrik malzemelerin geli\u015ftirilmesi olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nem arz etmektedir.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Bu kapsamda yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz ve ilgili konuda ilk olma \u00f6zelli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yan \u00f6nc\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131zda, bir\u00e7ok kritik \u00f6zelli\u011fini \u223c400\u00b0C\u2019ye kadar koruyan potansiyel bir y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131k piezoelektrik malzeme olan BiScO3-PbTiO3 (BS\u2013PT) esasl\u0131 seramiklerine \u015fablonlu tane b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi y\u00f6ntemi ile TC\u2019den \u00f6d\u00fcn vermeksizin \u00fcst\u00fcn piezolelektrik \u00f6zelliklerin elde edilebilece\u011fi ortaya koyulmu\u015ftur. BS-PT sistemi \u00f6zelinde mikroyap\u0131 karakteri bak\u0131m\u0131ndan al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmad\u0131k bir kristalografik dokunun ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 olduk\u00e7a ilgin\u00e7 bir husus olup, bu projede dokulu BS-PT seramiklerde tek kristal benzeri \u00fcst\u00fcn piezoelektrik \u00f6zelliklerinin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131nda bilhassa mikroyap\u0131n\u0131n malzeme performans\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkisinin incelenmesi hedeflenmektedir. Projede, \u201cY\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131k uygulamalar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00fcst\u00fcn piezoelektrik malzemelerin geli\u015ftirilmesinde; proses\u2013yap\u0131\u2013\u00f6zellik\u2013performans ili\u015fkisi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kilit bir \u00f6neme sahip mikroyap\u0131n\u0131n SEM\/EBSD ve TEM\/EDS gibi y\u00f6ntemlerle detayl\u0131 karakterizasyonu yap\u0131larak \u00fcst\u00fcn nitelikli piezoelektrik \u00f6zelliklerin elde edilmesini m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lacak, \u015fablonlu tane b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan yeni ve farkl\u0131 bir bilimsel yakla\u015f\u0131m olu\u015fturulabilir mi?\u201d sorusuna cevap aranacakt\u0131r.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Proje s\u00fcresince ama\u00e7lanan bilimsel hedeflere ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 ve \u00fcniversite\u2013sanayi i\u015fbirli\u011finin tesis edilmesi durumunda elde edilecek \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n havac\u0131l\u0131k ve uzay sanayi ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere kritik uygulanmalara y\u00f6nelik yerli ve milli \u00fcr\u00fcn geli\u015ftirme hususunda itici g\u00fc\u00e7 olma potansiyeli vard\u0131r.
