Bu k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar ve di\u011fer \u00f6nemli ulusal d\u00fczenlemeler, \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 Metninin sonundaki Ek IV \u201c\u00d6zel Ulusal Kurallar\u201d da bulunabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Bir veya daha fazla kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 uygun de\u011filse, teklif reddedilecektir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u0130NANSMAN<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma ulusal kaynaklardan finanse edilecektir, yani ara\u015ft\u0131rma hibeleri kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 ulusal finansman kurulu\u015flar\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla uygulanacakt\u0131r. \u00c7a\u011fr\u0131 Metninde belirtilen genel kural ve prosed\u00fcrlere ek olarak, ba\u015fvuru sahipleri sorumlu finansman kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n ve programlar\u0131n\u0131n h\u00fck\u00fcm ve ko\u015fullar\u0131na uymal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Bu giri\u015fim arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla finanse edilen projelerin 36 ay s\u00fcrmesi beklenmektedir.
