Doktora e\u011fitimi s\u0131ras\u0131nda y\u00fcksek lisans tez \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131 olarak y\u00fcksek lisans tez dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 Prof. Dr. Nuray Yaz\u0131han ile beraber T\u00dcB\u0130TAK 1512 Teknogiri\u015fim Sermayesi Deste\u011fi Program\u0131na (B\u0130GG) ba\u015fvurarak y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cKuru Ciltler ic\u0327in Hyaluronik Asit \u0130\u00e7eren Topikal Formulasyonlar\u0131n Haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131\u201d isimli proje ile destek alm\u0131\u015f ve DN Biyomed Ya\u015fam Bilimleri \u015firketini kurmu\u015ftur. Doktora \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda ise halen \u201cThe Effect of Nanophase Surface Topography on Adhesion, Proliferation, and Gene Expressions of Neuronal Cells\u201d isimli tez \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na devam etmektedir. Bu tez \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n ilk a\u015famas\u0131 i\u00e7in T\u00dcB\u0130TAK ARDEB 1002 H\u0131zl\u0131 Destek Program\u0131na \u201cNanoboyutlu Yu\u0308zey Pu\u0308ru\u0308zlu\u0308lu\u0308g\u0306u\u0308nu\u0308n No\u0308ral Hu\u0308cre Davran\u0131s\u0327lar\u0131na Etkisi\u201d isimli proje ile ba\u015fvurmu\u015f ve destek alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Halen doktora tezi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na dan\u0131\u015fman hocalar\u0131 Metalurji ve Malzeme M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc\u2019 nden Do\u00e7. Dr. Batur Ercan ve Biyolojik Bilimler B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc\u2019 nden Do\u00e7. Dr. T\u00fclin Yan\u0131k\u2019 \u0131n laboratuvarlar\u0131nda devam etmektedir.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cThe Effect of Nanophase Surface Topography on Adhesion, Proliferation, and Gene Expressions of Neuronal Cells\u201d isimli doktora tezi projesi, n\u00f6ral doku m\u00fchendisli\u011fi uygulamalar\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan sinir y\u00f6nlendirici kanallar\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesine y\u00f6nelik bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131r. Bu kapsamda poli(laktik-ko-glikolik asit) (PLGA) film y\u00fczeylerinde 100 nm alt\u0131nda nanop\u00fcr\u00fczl\u00fcl\u00fck elde edilerek, bunlar\u0131n n\u00f6ral h\u00fccreler \u00fczerine olan etkileri, h\u00fccrelerin yap\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, \u00e7o\u011falmalar\u0131, canl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131, morfoloji de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri ve protein ifadeleri kapsam\u0131nda incelenmektedir.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
