Avrupa Ye\u015fil D\u00fczen \u0130leti\u015fiminin tavsiyelerine dayal\u0131 olarak; eylemler, vatanda\u015flar\u0131n ve \u00f6zellikle gen\u00e7lerin iklimle ilgili bilgi, beceri ve tutumlar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi ve de\u011ferlendirilmesi i\u00e7in hayat boyu \u00f6\u011frenme ba\u011flam\u0131nda, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nma ad\u0131na \u00e7ok disiplinli bir Avrupa yeterlilik \u00e7er\u00e7evesinin geli\u015ftirilmesini ve uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik edecektir.<\/p>\n
