AMACI<\/strong><\/p>\n

Okyanusun Dijital \u0130kizi kavram\u0131, denizler ve okyanuslarla ilgili t\u00fcm Avrupa varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 (veriler, modeller, denizdeki fiziksel okyanus g\u00f6zlemevleri) dijital teknolojilerle (bulut, s\u00fcper HPC kapasiteleri, yapay zeka ve veri analizi) entegre ederek bir ad\u0131m daha ileri g\u00f6t\u00fcrmektir. Okyanusun tutarl\u0131, y\u00fcksek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcrl\u00fckl\u00fc, \u00e7ok boyutlu ve (neredeyse) ger\u00e7ek zamanl\u0131 tan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 temsil eden dijital bir bile\u015fendir. Yery\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek hassasiyetli bir dijital modelini (Hedef D\u00fcnya giri\u015fimi) geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in Komisyon’un Ye\u015fil Anla\u015fmas\u0131na ve Dijital Paket taahh\u00fctlerine katk\u0131da bulunacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n
