Glutamat beyin fonksiyonlar\u0131nda \u00f6nemli rol oynamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen merkezi sinir sistemindeki y\u00fcksek konsantrasyonu glutamat\u0131n n\u00f6rotoksik etkisinin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na neden olmaktad\u0131r. Alzheimer, Parkinson, Huntington, epilepsi ve multiple skleroz gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli n\u00f6rolojik hastal\u0131klar\u0131n patogenezinde, glutamat eksitotoksisitesi \u00f6nemli rol oynamaktad\u0131r.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f6nem 2 \u00f6\u011frencisi Said Yasin \u015eim\u015fek ise projesinin, \u201cC6 Glioma H\u00fccre Hatt\u0131nda Kaptopril ve Hidralazinin Glutamat Eksitotoksisitesi \u00dczerine Etkisinin \u0130ncelenmesi\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyerek, \u201cProton pompa inhibit\u00f6rlerinin sinir sistemi \u00fczerine olumlu etkileri \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla ortaya konmu\u015ftur. Fakat glutamat eksitotoksisitesi \u00fczerine etkisi hen\u00fcz ayd\u0131nlat\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
