Bu do\u011frultuda, ulusal hedef ve politikalar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde belirlenen \u00f6ncelikli alanlarda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen, bilimsel a\u00e7\u0131dan g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc, ticari de\u011feri y\u00fcksek ve somut hedeflere sahip ara\u015ft\u0131rma programlar\u0131na destek sa\u011flanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tan\u0131mlar:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Altyap\u0131s\u0131<\/strong>: Y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim Kurulu (Y\u00d6K) taraf\u0131ndan uygun g\u00f6r\u00fclen, \u00fcniversiteler b\u00fcnyesindeki uygulama ve ara\u015ft\u0131rma merkezleridir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Program\u0131 Y\u00f6neticisi Kurulu\u015f (APY\u00d6K)<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Y\u00d6K taraf\u0131ndan belirlenen <strong>ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00fcniversiteleri<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>6550 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda yeterlilik alm\u0131\u015f ara\u015ft\u0131rma merkezleri,<\/li>\n<li><strong>T\u00dcB\u0130TAK\u2019a ba\u011fl\u0131 Merkez ve Enstit\u00fcler<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Program\u0131 Y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc Kurulu\u015f (APYK)<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>En az bir projenin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesinden sorumlu olan kurulu\u015f<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>\u00dcniversitelerin ara\u015ft\u0131rma altyap\u0131lar\u0131, Ar-Ge merkezleri veya kamu Ar-Ge birimlerinden olu\u015fabilir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Proje S\u00fcresi: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Program\u0131n s\u00fcresi <strong>en fazla 48 ay<\/strong> olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Proje B\u00fct\u00e7esi: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B\u00fct\u00e7e \u00fcst limiti \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 dok\u00fcman\u0131nda belirtilmektedir. Faz ve II.
