Veri olarak anestezi alt\u0131nda olmayan s\u0131\u00e7anlar\u0131n motor korteksinden davran\u0131\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131nda kaydedilmi\u015f h\u00fccre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 sinirsel kay\u0131tlar kullan\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Birincisi Silisyumkarb\u00fcr Rezistansdir. Bu \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn hammaddesi de yine i\u015f fikri kapsam\u0131nda \u00fcretilecektir. Bu \u00fcr\u00fcn Silisyumdioksitin karbotermal red\u00fcklenmesi ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecektir. Bu i\u015flemler T\u00fcp f\u0131r\u0131n i\u00e7inde quarz ve karbonun 1500 C den ba\u015flayan s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda tepkimeye sokulmas\u0131 ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecektir, aktivasyon f\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 ile sa\u011flanacak red\u00fckleyici atmosferi korumak ve tepkimenin tersinir olmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek amac\u0131 ile ortama argon gaz\u0131 beslenecektir.. Burada ama\u00e7 en a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 %97 safl\u0131kta SiC \u00fcretmektir. Y\u00fcksek safl\u0131ktaki SiC tozlar\u0131 rezistans \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in ileriki kalite s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde \u00e7ok \u00f6nem arz etmektedir. Bu nedenle safla\u015ft\u0131ma i\u015flemleri kademeli olarak tekrarlanarak y\u00fcksek safl\u0131kta SiC \u00fcretme bilgi ve becerisi de imalat ve arge veritaban\u0131na kay\u0131t edilecektir.<\/p>\n<p>%99 dan daha az safl\u0131ktaki \u00f6rne\u011fin d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmemi\u015f silisyum i\u00e7eren tozlar ise ikinci \u00fcr\u00fcn grubu olan Pota Grubu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin hammaddesi olarak de\u011ferlendirilecektir. Bu kademede SiC ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmemi\u015f Silisyum Azot gaz\u0131 alt\u0131da sinterlenerek %SiC+%Si3N4 kompoziti \u00fcretilecektir. Bu bile\u015fim mevcut metal ergitme pota malzemesi olan SiC ve Grafite alternatif olacakt\u0131r. Bu \u00fcr\u00fcn tasnifi \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn servis ko\u015fullar\u0131ndaki maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 fiziksel, kimyasal ve mekanik etkilere ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu sayede hem \u00fcr\u00fcndeki teknik kriterler sa\u011flanacak hem de hammadde \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde \u00fcretilen tam d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmemi\u015f reaksiyonu tamamlanmam\u0131\u015f toz \u00fcr\u00fcnleri \u00fcretim ve \u015fekillendirme ile \u00fcr\u00fcne d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrecektir. Elde edilen \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn kalitesi XRD, SEM ve BET, Ar\u015fimet, Elek Analizi ile belirlenecektir. Daha sonra kurutma i\u015flemleri ve ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 ilave i\u015flemi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecektir. Tane boyutlar\u0131 bilyal\u0131 \u00f6\u011f\u00fctme ile etil alkol kullan\u0131larak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecektir. \u00d6\u011f\u00fctme sonras\u0131 tane boyut 500 nm ila 0.5 nm aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda olmas\u0131 beklenmektedir. Alternatif olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyetli olarak tedarik edilecek olan SiC hammedeleri hidro ve elektrometalurjik i\u015flemler ile rafine edilecek, \u00f6\u011f\u00fct\u00fclecek ve tasnif edilecektir, bu \u015fekilde maliyet azaltma ve \u00fcretimde h\u0131zlanma sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Genel olarak \u00f6zetleyecek olursak, \u00fcretilecek olan S\u0130C esasl\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnler stratejik \u00f6neme sahip olup, y\u00fcksek performans gerektiren alanlarda abrazyon, termal bariyer, shear kapasitesi ve tala\u015f kal\u0131d\u0131rma sistemlerinde de kullan\u0131labilecektir. Anne olma ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ilerlemesi, yard\u0131ml\u0131 \u00fcreme tekniklerinin (Y\u00dcT) kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131, \u00e7o\u011ful gebeliklerin artmas\u0131 gibi nedenlerle premat\u00fcre bebek say\u0131s\u0131nda zamanla bir art\u0131\u015f s\u00f6z konusu olmu\u015ftur. Projenin nihai amac\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz modern a\u015f\u0131 tekniklerinden yararlanarak K\u0131r\u0131m-Kongo Kanamal\u0131 Ate\u015fi (KKKA) etkeni Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever vir\u00fcs\u00fc (CCHFV)\u2019ne kar\u015f\u0131 insanlarda kullan\u0131labilecek koruyucu bir a\u015f\u0131 geli\u015ftirmektir. Bu hastal\u0131k d\u00fcnyada \u015fu anda aralar\u0131nda \u00fclkemizin de bulundu\u011fu 3 k\u0131ta (Avrupa, Asya ve Afrika)\u2019da g\u00f6r\u00fclmekte ve \u00fclkemizde %5 civar\u0131nda, d\u00fcnyada ise %10-30 oran\u0131nda \u00f6l\u00fcmlere ve ekonomik kay\u0131plara sebep olmaktad\u0131r.\u00a0\u00a0Hastal\u0131k ba\u015fl\u0131ca kene yap\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ile insanlara bula\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Dr. Murat K\u00f6ksal<\/p>\n<p><strong>Destekleyici Kurum:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Proje \u00d6zeti: <\/strong>Projede, temel par\u00e7ac\u0131k fizi\u011finin en g\u00fcncel a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 olan Standart Model\u2019in temel par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131ndan tau leptonunun elektromanyetik \u00f6zeliklerinin incelenmesi planlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Tau leptonu di\u011fer leptonlara g\u00f6re (\u00f6rne\u011fin elektron) daha b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u00fctleli oldu\u011fundan, tau lepton ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz par\u00e7ac\u0131k fizi\u011finin en \u00f6nemli ve g\u00fcncel konular\u0131ndan biridir. Proje D\u00fcnya\u2019n\u0131n mevcut en b\u00fcy\u00fck (100 a\u015fk\u0131n \u00fclkeden yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 bin ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131) ve en \u00e7ok yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131lan laboratuvar\u0131 (yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 milyar dolar) olan CERN\u2019deki B\u00fcy\u00fck Hadron \u00c7arp\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 (LHC) ile ileride yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanan Kompakt Do\u011frusal \u00c7arp\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 (CLIC)\u2019in deneysel parametrelerini i\u00e7ermektedir. LHC, yerin 175 m alt\u0131nda, 27 km uzunlu\u011funda, 4 farkl\u0131 en \u00fcst teknolojiye sahip dedekt\u00f6r bar\u0131nd\u0131ran bir hadron \u00e7arp\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r. Do\u00e7.Dr. Arslan:<br \/>\nTUB\u0130TAK proje \u00f6zge\u00e7mi\u015fimi inceledi\u011fimde ilk 1001 projemizi 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda ald\u0131k. Bu projenin konusu Ateroskleroz hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kalp damarlar\u0131n\u0131n t\u0131kanmas\u0131nda etkili molek\u00fcler genetik belirte\u00e7lerini tespitine y\u00f6nelik bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131r. Y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fc oldu\u011fum ikinci TUB\u0130TAK 1001 projesini 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda ald\u0131k. Bu proje K\u0131r\u0131m Kongo Kanamal\u0131 Ate\u015fi hastalar\u0131yla ilgili molek\u00fcler genetik bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131r. Her iki 1001 projesi de ilk ba\u015fvurudan sonra iki defa ret edilip \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc defa revize edilip tekrar ba\u015fvurulduktan sonra kabul edilen projeler oldu. \u0130ki TUB\u0130TAK 1001 projesi de devam etmekte olup 2017 sonunda tamamlanmas\u0131 planlanmaktad\u0131r. Y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fc olarak ilk ba\u015fvuruda kabul edilen tek projem 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda bir TUB\u0130TAK 3001 projesi oldu. TUB\u0130TAK 3001 projesi bir y\u0131ll\u0131k proje idi ve 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda sonu\u00e7land\u0131. Bu projeden elde edilen sonu\u00e7lar Kalp Damar Cerrahisi kongresinde birincilik \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fc ald\u0131, makale olarak ta bir dergide yay\u0131nlanma s\u00fcreci devam ediyor. T\u00fcm TUB\u0130TAK projelerinden yakla\u015f\u0131k 800 bin TL\u2019lik destek ald\u0131k. Bu destek hem laboratuar alt yap\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n geli\u015fmesine hem de \u00f6\u011frenci yeti\u015ftirmemize katk\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131. T\u00dcB\u0130TAK projelerinde \u015fimdiye kadar 4 lisans\u00fcst\u00fc \u00f6\u011frenci bir ile iki y\u0131l aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fen s\u00fcrelerde burs ald\u0131 ve proje \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na d\u00e2hil oldu. Bu T\u00dcB\u0130TAK projelerinin al\u0131nmas\u0131nda daha \u00f6nce yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m \u00e7ok say\u0131daki BAP projesinin, proje deneyimi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli katk\u0131s\u0131 oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.
